Chief Executive Officer A. Lee Andrews founded Alamo Biologics in 1996. With more than 20 years in the biologics industry, Lee’s commitment and dedication to honor the donor and donation while enhancing the lives of others remains the driving force of Alamo Biologics. Incorporating science and faith, Lee ensures each gift is honored to its fullest extent, providing medical innovation for the medical community and healing for the patient. A long-standing member of the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), Lee continues to be an industry leader in tissue processing and technology.

WILL BORDANO, MT (ASCP), CTBS

TISSUE BANK DIRECTOR

Joining Alamo Biologics in 2005, Tissue Bank Director Will Bordano brings more than 20 years experience in the tissue and blood bank industry. Will earned his Bachelor of Science from Southwest Texas State University and obtained his medical technologist certification attending the Baptist School of Education from the American Society of Clinical Pathology. Will is a long-standing member of the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). 

MICHAEL BAUER, M.D.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Alamo Biologics Medical Director Dr. Michael Bauer is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in tissue banking, infectious disease consulting and laboratory testing. A CLIA-certified laboratory director, Dr. Bauer is board certified in clinical pathology and transfusion medicine, and has served as a blood bank physician in Michigan, New Jersey and Colorado. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Dr. Bauer founded his private consulting practice in 2000 and provides consultation services as a physician-of-record.
